How Does a Plug-in Hybrid Work?

As we mentioned earlier, a plug-in hybrid, or PHEV, uses both gasoline and electricity to move forward. That means that a gasoline engine is backed up with an electric motor to provide you power in Massillon.

However, that limited range will run out, after which you’ll switch to gasoline power.
